- ½ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 2 cups low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Place the berries and their juices in base of small glass jars.
- Combine yoghurt with orange juice and rind.
- Spoon on top of berries.
- Top yoghurt with pistachios then drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
